ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Support the Engineering Design processes by conducting preliminary calculations, preparing process engineering datasheets and drawings as may be guided by the Process Engineers
- Participate in process engineering reviews between internal and external contractor teams
- Support primary data collection and documentation
- Conduct primary studies to provide technical content for operating procedures
- Gather preliminary data to inform process hazard analysis and process safety management requirements, including the completion of action items
- Support the process engineering monitoring and evaluation processes by acting as focal point for collection of primary data during operations
- Monitor and document key performance metrics for workstreams and develop reports for the Process Engineers
- Participate in troubleshooting operational and process quality problems
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor(s)
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree (Hons) in Chemical / Process / Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry
- Maximum 3 years relevant work experience and not later than three years from the time of graduation at a bachelors degree level.
