Human Resource Business Partner (2 Posts) – UNOC

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Participate in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies, strategies, systems and processes.
  • Participate and provide support in the implementation of talent-sourcing strategies.
  • Support the implementation of staff learning and development programs, including national content skills development initiatives.
  • Participate in implementing the UNOC Culture strategy and ensure periodic monitoring of the culture activities.
  • Participate in implementing the Company performance management systems and processes.
  • Coordinate the implementation of the in-house L&D initiatives, including knowledge management and leadership development programs and ensure training reports are submitted, and recommendations are actioned.
  • Generate the periodic Human Capital reports.
  • Ensure updated job descriptions, organizational structure, and competency profiles for all approved positions.
  • Maintain the Human Resource Information System and ensure up-to-date staff records and files using the ERP system.
  • 10)Manage the graduate trainee and internship program.
  • 11)Manage mentoring, coaching and career development programs for all staff.
  • 12)Provide support in the administration of the UNOC remuneration policy.
  • 13)Perform any other duties as may be reasonably assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Human Resource Management, Industrial and Organisational Psychology or Social Sciences, Social Work and Social Administration,Business Administration or any other relevant degree with a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • Possession of the relevant professional membership is an added advantage.
  • At least four (4) years of hands-on practice as an HR Generalist in a busy corporate environment is an essential requirement.
  • Proven ability to offer HR Advisory Services covering the full range of employee life cycle processes.
  • Practical knowledge of core Organizational Development processes, techniques/design, methodologies, and tools with the ability to collect, assimilate and analyse data
  • Practical knowledge and experience in Conducting impact assessments of the implemented initiatives in Change, Employee Engagement, & Culture programs.
