Loan Officers (2 Posts) – Ministry of Education & Sports

Ministry of Education and Sports is looking for two loan officers.

Duties

The incumbent will be responsible to the Senior Loans Officer – Loans Recoveries for performing the following duties:-

• Contacting students and alumni regarding outstanding loan payments;
• Assisting in negotiating repayment terms and schedules;
• Maintaining accurate records of loan recovery efforts;
• Supporting the preparation of recovery reports and analysis;
• Responding to inquiries related to loan repayment and recovery;
• Assisting in the tracking and management of loan defaults;

Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualification

Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting; or Financial Management; or Accountancy; or Business Administration; or Social Sciences; or Development Studies obtained from a recognized University/Institution
